Formula Woman Newsletter - 30th September

The first Formula Woman assessments at Anglesey Circuit are done and dusted and all focus is now on future activities taking place between now and the end of the year.

BRANDS HATCH TRACK DAY

In association with Javelin Track Day, we have organised a track day at Brands Hatch Circuit on the 7th October.

This is designed for anyone who would like expert tuition, where you will have the opportunity to drive a Jaguar Project 8, and The Trade Centre Group’s performance BMWs.

These track days are proving to be very popular, but at the same time are difficult to secure, so please email sam@f1.co.uk for more details.

IZONE SIMULATOR

Formula Woman will also be making its fifth visit to the iZone Driver Performance Centre on the 8th October.

This event has proven to be very rewarding to all those who have attended so far, as you will drive a McLaren GT4 sim around Donington Park Circuit.

There are only 4 places available so please email edward@f1.co.uk to reserve your place.

ASSESSMENT DAY BOOKINGS

Those of you who have not yet been allocated an assessment day, please be patient because these are dealt with by Mark, and he is currently on vacation this week.

To anyone who has applied and not received their welcome pack, this is because we are still awaiting supply for one of the items, so again please be patient especially as Mark is on holiday!

FUTURE EVENTS

Many of you have been asking about future opportunities to keep your hand in. Well the Formula Woman team have come up with two events for you to consider, and we would like your feedback on these please.

December – an 80-competitor endurance karting event. Ideally, this would be the Formula Woman Christmas party. We are only taking names at the moment, but if there is sufficient interest, we will organise it for you.

February 2022 – Ice Driving in Sweden. This is the ultimate driving experience; Totally Motorsport have been doing this for 15 years and again there are limited places. The event is over 3 days minimum but ski facilities are also available so partners and friends would be welcome.

For both of these events, please contact sam@f1.co.uk to register your interest.

COMPETITION TIME

Formula Woman has been driven by social media, so we are creating a fun competition.

All you have to do is post anything about Formula Woman with a witty caption and we will judge the competition! Tag us in your caption so that we will see your post.

1st Prize – Puma Helmet Bag
2nd Prize – Formula Woman t-shirt
3rd Prize – Formula Woman Teddy Bear
